Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fee
The Application & Assessment Fee of ₹2,100 is strictly non-refundable. This fee covers operational, processing, and assessment costs incurred regardless of selection outcome.
2. No Refund for Rejection
No refund is provided if the application is rejected during screening, document verification, or merit listing.
3. No Refund for Withdrawal
Voluntary withdrawal by the candidate after fee payment does not entitle a refund.
4. Failed Payment
If a payment is debited but not credited due to technical reasons, the amount is auto-reversed to the source within 5–7 working days by the payment gateway.
5. Duplicate Payment
In rare cases of duplicate successful payments for the same application, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days upon request.
