1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and submitting an application on Subharambh Foundation’s platform, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must be Indian citizens aged 18–45 years, with minimum 8th pass qualification. Specific programs may have additional eligibility (e.g., Job Connect: 12th pass minimum).
3. Application & Assessment Fee
A non-refundable fee of ₹2,100 is payable to process the application and conduct national screening assessment. This fee covers operational costs and is not contingent on selection.
4. Selection
Selection is strictly merit-based, evaluated through a national screening examination, document verification, and (for sports applicants) live performance evaluation. The decision of the Foundation’s evaluation committee is final.
5. No Guarantee
Payment of application fee does not guarantee selection. Placement assistance does not constitute a job guarantee. Stipend disbursal is contingent on attendance, conduct, and performance.
6. Data Use
Information collected is used solely for application processing, examination, and program administration. Refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Conduct
Candidates engaged in fraudulent submissions, misrepresentation, or examination misconduct may be disqualified without refund.
8. Modification
Subharambh Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
9. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
