1. Eligibility
Applicants must be Indian citizens / Indian registered entities, KYC-compliant, and have the infrastructure or capability to operate a skill-development centre. The foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Application Fee
The application processing fee, where collected, is non-refundable once review begins. This fee covers KYC, document verification, infrastructure assessment and administrative costs.
3. Territory Assignment
Territories (state / district) are awarded on first-come-first-served basis subject to merit, capacity and verification outcomes. A territory may be reassigned if performance benchmarks are not met as per the signed franchise agreement.
4. Commission Structure
- State Franchise: ₹50,000 per district franchise onboarded within the state + ₹50 per successful application from the state.
- District Franchise: ₹100 per successful application from the district.
- Commissions are computed on paid and verified applications only and are payable monthly subject to minimum threshold.
5. Refund Policy
Application fees, onboarding fees and security deposits are non-refundable except (a) duplicate accidental payments verified through our gateway, and (b) cancellation by the foundation prior to onboarding. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment instrument.
6. No Income Guarantee
Earnings depend on partner effort, territory demographics and application volume. The foundation makes no representation of guaranteed income or specific monetary outcomes.
7. Brand & Intellectual Property
The Bharat Career Mission brand, logos, course content, exam question bank, marketing collateral and platform code remain the exclusive property of Subharambh Foundation. Limited, non-transferable license is granted for the term of the franchise agreement.
8. Termination
The foundation may terminate a franchise on grounds of misconduct, fraud, brand damage, non-performance or violation of any applicable law. On termination, the partner shall cease use of the brand and return all assets and credentials.
9. Data Protection
Partners must comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws (including the DPDP Act, 2023). Candidate data is owned by the foundation and may be used only for permitted franchise operations.
10. Disputes
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. The foundation encourages amicable resolution via support@bharatcareermission.com before any escalation.
