1. Acceptance
By creating an account, submitting an application, attempting an assessment, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or meet the minimum age stated for a specific programme) and a resident of India.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for every action taken under your account.
- You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information. Submitting forged, misrepresented or fraudulent information will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: (a) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Platform; (b) impersonate another person; (c) upload malicious code; (d) infringe any third-party intellectual property; (e) misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes.
4. Examination & Assessment Conduct
- Each candidate may attempt a given exam only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The Platform monitors anti-cheating signals such as tab-switching, navigation away from the exam window and abnormal response patterns. Repeated violations will lead to automatic submission and may invalidate the attempt.
- Sharing question content, screenshots, or solutions in any form (during or after the exam) is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action under applicable copyright and IT laws.
- The decision of the evaluation committee in matters of scoring, ranking and disqualification is final and binding.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — logos, text, design, question bank, course material, exam papers and scoring methodology — is the exclusive property of Subharambh Foundation or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable access is granted strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Payments
- Application, examination, training and programme fees, where applicable, are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) through our integrated, RBI-regulated payment gateway.
- Fees are calculated and displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated on the payment screen.
- Successful payment is confirmed only after our server completes cryptographic signature verification with the payment gateway.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. No Guarantee
Participation in any assessment, training or programme does not guarantee employment, government jobs, admissions, scholarships or financial benefits unless an offer is officially issued in writing on our letterhead for a specific programme.
8. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, the law, examination conduct rules, or for activities that may harm the integrity of the Platform or its users. Termination shall not entitle you to any refund.
9. Cancellation Rights
You may close your account at any time by writing to support@bharatcareermission.com. Closure will not reverse fee payments already made. See the Refund Policy for exceptions.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Subharambh Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subharambh Foundation, its directors, employees and partners from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by writing to support@bharatcareermission.com. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
