1. Nature of Services
Bharat Career Mission primarily provides digital and in-person educational services — online registrations, examinations, training programmes, mentorship, career-guidance content, downloadable admit cards, e-certificates and franchise partner CRM access. We do not sell or ship physical merchandise as a standard business.
2. Digital Service Delivery
- Account access: Activated immediately after successful registration and (where applicable) payment confirmation.
- Admit cards / hall tickets: Generated and made available on the candidate dashboard within 24–48 hours of payment verification. Also delivered to the registered email address.
- Online examinations: Become accessible at the scheduled exam window. Candidates must log in at the time published in the admit card.
- Scorecards / e-certificates: Issued on the candidate dashboard within 7–10 business days of result publication.
- Franchise CRM credentials: Issued within 2–3 business days of franchise application approval and KYC completion.
- All digital deliverables are delivered via the candidate / partner dashboard and to the registered email address.
3. Physical Materials (Where Applicable)
For specific residential or in-centre programmes, certain physical materials — such as printed welcome kits, training manuals, ID cards or uniforms — may be despatched to the address on the candidate’s application form.
- Despatch timeline: Within 7–15 business days of programme commencement.
- Courier partners: Reputed Indian courier services (India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC or equivalent), at our discretion.
- Tracking: Tracking IDs are emailed to the candidate as soon as despatch is recorded.
- Shipping coverage: Pan-India delivery to serviceable PIN codes. Where the address is not serviceable, we will coordinate alternate delivery to the nearest accessible centre.
- Shipping charges: For sponsored programmes, shipping is included in the programme fee. For self-funded or premium programmes, applicable shipping charges (if any) are displayed transparently at checkout.
4. Delivery Address Accuracy
It is the candidate’s responsibility to provide a complete, correct and contactable delivery address at the time of application. We are not liable for non-delivery, mis-delivery or delay arising from incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details.
5. Failed Deliveries / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient over multiple attempts, or refusal to accept, we will:
- Contact the candidate via registered email and phone.
- Re-attempt despatch once the corrected address is provided.
- Any additional courier charges for the re-despatch may be payable by the candidate.
6. Damaged or Defective Shipments
If a physical shipment is received in a visibly damaged or tampered condition, the candidate must:
- Refuse acceptance from the courier and request return-to-sender, OR accept the shipment under written remark of damage.
- Email support@bharatcareermission.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damaged packaging and contents.
- We will assess and arrange a replacement at no cost to the candidate where the damage is attributable to handling.
7. International Delivery
We currently deliver only within India. International candidates may access digital services from anywhere with internet connectivity but physical material despatch is restricted to Indian addresses.
8. Force Majeure
Delivery timelines may extend beyond our stated windows due to events outside our control — natural disasters, courier strikes, civil disturbances, government restrictions, or pandemic-related disruptions. We will keep candidates informed in such situations and prioritise digital delivery to the dashboard where possible.
